Firehouse Gallery 

Our Firehouse Gallery offers a variety of diverse artistic experiences that help the cultural and artistic enrichment in our community. Our programs include the following categories: international artists, local artists, emerging artists, and art students from local schools. TEY  has a collective of multicultural / intergenerational and interdisciplinary artists who collaborate regularly in our arts center. Yerbabruja provides creative  and performing space such as a dance floor, art studio, multimedia studio and sound equipment.. This collective of artists is predominantly Afro Latinx. Yerbabruja also collaborates with local and international visiting artists creating spaces for exchange and development for artists.
 

Artistic Performance/Production Studio & Exhibitions:

We have rotating art exhibitions featuring a combination of multicultural, intergenerational & interdisciplinary international, local & emerging artists who collaborate regularly in our arts center. Yerbabruja also provides creative  and performing space such as a dance floor, art studio, multimedia studio and sound equipment for exchange and development for artists. 

 

Classes & Workshops

We provide a variety of classes & workshops that include:

Friday Socials:

This series provides a space where the artists as well as the community can come together to create conversations about personal and/or social experiences that define our existence through social gatherings such as our Open Mic and Paint & Sip night.

Other Community Events:

We open up our space to local & international artists of all ages to organize and host their own events with the aim of nurturing emerging artists in our community while also supporting well established artists. This provides a safe platform for artists of color in our community  to present their work and create spaces for dialogue about their experiences, while generating the possibility of sustainability through the arts. This programing  includes:
